Terms of service

The offer and sale of products through the are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are formulated in accordance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside business premises.

Parties to the contract
The parties to the contract are as follows:
- Masaba Sagl, headquartered in Savosa, Via Sole 29.
- Customer: the final consumer, i.e. the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to his business and professional activity, identified through the site or by telephone call, who has concluded an order accepted by Masaba Coffee.

Application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale
By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale. Masaba Coffee reserves the right to change the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time an order is placed. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.

Site Registration.

Registration with username and password is optional. If the Customer does not wish to register, he/she may still conclude a purchase: only the data necessary for the delivery and eventual billing of an order will be requested.
Features and prices of products or services:
Images of products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products represented. All supporting information to purchase is intended as mere general information material, not referring to the actual characteristics of an individual product.
Products are offered at the price shown on the site on the date an order is placed.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, which will be detailed on the product purchase invoice, where issued.
Prices do not include transport and delivery costs, which are however indicated in the final section before placing an order and specified in the order receipt confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.

Placing Orders.
Orders can only be placed to and from the following territories: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Orders are subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations and products are offered within the limits of stock availability.
Where existing, promotional codes offered by Masaba Coffee and its partners are valid only for the products and during the period indicated from time to time. Promotional codes are non-refundable and non-cumulative. To take advantage of the discounts and/or offers linked to the promotional codes, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided when validating an order on the site. If forgotten, an order cannot be cancelled or renewed in order for the promotional code to be considered.
Orders will not be accepted from individuals who are under the age of majority.
The steps to place an order and to conclude the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site through explanatory text and graphics.
After confirmation of payment, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Confirmation of receipt of an order and acceptance of the same
Upon receipt of an order, Masaba Coffee will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which all the details of an order itself will be summarized. Following the receipt of an order

Masaba Coffee will verify the availability of the ordered product and only after such verification will communicate its acceptance of an order and shipment of the product.
In the event that

Masaba Coffee is unable to fulfill an order received it will promptly notify the Customer.
Any right of the customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance of an order is excluded.

Accepted methods of payment

Masaba Coffee accepts payment only through the following systems:
- Credit Card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard).
- PayPal: an online payment system that allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments, subject to registration. Payment is made through PayPal's payment platform.

Product shipping.
Product shipments and deliveries can only be made within the territories of the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Masaba Coffee will carry out the shipment of purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in an order.

Masaba Coffee will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the Customer, approximately within 24 working hours after the order has been accepted. Delivery is generally within 2 working days. The times reported for the receipt of goods are indicative.
Delivery charges are billed based on the rates indicated on the site or communicated by Customer Service on the date an order was placed.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs charges provided by the regulations in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for the delivery.Masaba Coffee undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products through Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the Customer to protect its rights as by law.
